This project presented challenges, especially in the detailed flashing work. (Flashing refers to thin metal pieces installed to prevent water leakage in vulnerable areas of a roof, such as valleys, joints, and chimneys. Proper flashing work is essential for maintaining a durable and leak-free system.)

On this project, our crew and partner contractors had to go into extra detail for the flashing and remove some existing Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) on the home. The result? A flawless, watertight finish that surpassed our clients’ expectations.
