The house behind me—we built 30 years ago.
Having lived here for 30 years, it’s aged primarily.
The main issue we faced with our roof, little things happen like we get some leaks and some signs of water damage on the ceiling.
We had asphalt shingles in the past—they needed to be replaced.
Of course, the gutters, they needed to be larger than what they were.
