McKenzie Gray: I was really wanting to get the roofing project done quickly because we had already had some water damage happening on the inside of the house, and so I was really concerned about mold and just the health concerns and stuff that come from that.
I really appreciated the care that they showed, not just with the roofing project, but that I had some health concerns with the damage that was already happening.
They discovered that because of improper installation that was also causing some of the water leaks.
They explained the process of how they were going to properly install it to ensure that we wouldn’t be running into the same issue in five, ten years. Having to repeat the whole process.
The other thing that they did was we were keeping one section of roof off the back of our screened-in porch there because that section was still pretty good. So they were able to kind of seamlessly make the new roof blend in with the old roof and preserve as much of that as we could.
I was really impressed with the values of their company. They highlighted that they’re a drug-free company, which was really important to me to feel like the job was being done in a safe way. Feeling safe with the people working on a personal property.
Just from the professionalism, the communication, the speed that they dealt with my concerns would be the only roofing company I will be recommending in the area.
